After graduation, I knew I wanted to work for a company that would allow me to move around the country and develop my leadership skills. Exel was a good match for me because they really focus on developing their people. In my time here, I have worked within both our Technology and Automotive sectors and have been able to relocate to a new city. I recently accepted a promotion to Operations Manager and look forward to further developing solid operations skills.
